Dating to about 1700, this superb French tapestry depicts an amorous couple with a child in a landscape. they are serenaded by musicians and stand in a wonderful garden landscape with formal borders and fountains, and in the background stands a grand chateaux. The tapestry retains excellent colour. 127 inches wide x 86 inches high.
