Dating from the first quarter of the 18th century, this exceptionally small oak dresser and rack is from North Wales and would fit in to any farmhouse or cottage. The hooded rack has the drop finials which are a hangover from Welsh cupboards of the 17th century and the shelves are pegged through to the sides as can be seen in the photographs. It has a two plank top board to the base with two drawers and two fielded panel cupboard doors and panelled sides. Wonderful colour and patination. 53 inches wide (on the cornice x 21 inches deep x 70 inches high.
