This early 18th century oak spice cupboard is a wonderful example of country furniture at its most charming. The door is inlaid with two crowns above a church with a spire and is inlaid with the date 1730 and the initials IB (probably the I represents a J). The sides are also inlaid with hearts and other designs. The interior has 17 drawers, all with inlay. 20 inches wide x 1 inches deep x 31 inches high.
