A rare Welsh primitive comb back chair.

This lovely little Welsh chair is constructed from ash with a wonderful 2 1/2 inches thick burr elm seat and a comb back with a curved arm bow. Superb colour and patination. The chair dates from about 1770 is 43 1/2 inches high overall with a seat height of 15 inches.
