A Charles II oak standing livery cupboard of very narrow proportions, being just 15 inches deep. It has two doors and two panels drilled with holes in a chequerwork pattern and a single oak shelf. The style of carving on the rails and uprights suggest a West Country origin, probably Gloucestershire or Somerset. The sides are panelled and the back is boarded. Good medium colour. 36 inches wide x 15 inches deep x 38 1/2 inches high.
