A large early 18th century rush light/candle holder with a long wrought iron twisted stem with a rush nip and a hinged candeholder. It has a pyramid shaped base in the wonderfully figured with exquisite patination where it has been handled. It is 12 1/2 inches high overall and the base is 5 1/2 inches high.
