Depicting Christ on the Cold Stone, this carved pine and polychrome figure shows Christ sitting with a sorrowful expression and his head resting on his right hand whilst in his left he holds birch twigs as a symbol of the Flagellation. Early 16th century and possibly from Tyrol. 18 inches high.
