A WALNUT ARMCHAIR WITH 17TH CENTURY TAPESTRY.

Recently acquired from a collection in Lavenham, this very decorative walnut armchair is upholstered in 17th century French tapestry depicting Mercury and Herse. The chair itself very elegant and is in the style Charles II but is probably 19th century. 48 inches high and 28 inches wide across the arms.
