A large late 17th century mirror with a deep cushion frame in oyster veneered olivewood on a deal carcase and with double mouldings. The plate appears to original and whilst it is attractively faded it still reflects well for practical purposes. As with virtually all examples it has lost its crest. Wonderful rich colour and patination. It measures 24 inches high x 22 inches wide x 3 inches deep.
