Three good 19th century Sunderland ware jugs.

From the same private collection, these three early Victorian Sunderland ware jugs are in superb untouched condition and are preferably sold as a group. The largest example has a polychrome Masonic scene on the front and the sides show A West View of the Cast Iron Bridge and a poem entitled The Sailor's Tear. The medium jug has a poem on the front "I envy no one ...", a South East View of the Iron Bridge on one side and a Masonic scene on the other. The smallest jug has A West View of the Iron Bridge on one side and the other shows a ship with the inscription "May Peace & Plenty ..." . Individual photographs can be sent on request. They measure 9 inches, 8 1/4 inches and 7 inches high.
