Probably from the last quarter of the 18th century, this refectory table has a two plank beechwood top that is nearly two inches thick and it rests on its original oak base which has trestle ends joined by a central stretcher. The trestle ends are well set in under the top making it very practical to sit at. The top has real character with lovely rich colour and the table is very sturdy. 85 inches long x 31 1/2 inches wide x 29 inches high.
