Circa 1730, this lowboy has a superb burr elm veneered top with four re-entrant corners and superb figuring. The oak base has five small drawers, a shaped apron and four cabriole legs. Provenance :- from the collection of David Tron who was a prominent furniture dealer and who had a shop on the King's Road in Chelsea in the latter half of the 20th century. 30 inches wide x 21 1/2 inches deep x 27 inches high.
