Dating to about 1810, this wrought iron floor standing candle holder has a small tray with a candle holder which is supported on an adjustable mechanism, a vasiform finial and a triform base. Nice patination to the metal. See "Making Fire and Light in the Home pre-1820" by John Caspall page 195 for similar examples. 48 inches high.
