Dating from about 1700, this mirror has a superb giltwood frame carved and fretted with leaf, scroll and shell motifs. It is in good unrestored condition and the plate, whilst later, has some age and character. Italian, probably Florence. 24 1/2 inches high x 21 1/2 inches wide.
