At well under three feet wide, this little food cupboard dates from the end of the reign of Charles I and has a moulded edge top above two small panels, pierced to allow air to circulate, on either side of a small door of moulded panel construction with simple carved decoration. It has inverted baluster legs and a potboard. Probably Welsh circa 1640. Excellent medium colour. 32 1/2 inches wide x 18 inches deep x 37 inches high.
