Carved with the initials TH and the date 1672, this little wall cupboard of panelled construction has a single door, held by its original butterfly hinges, carved with stylized flowers and other foliage. Rare in such cupboards, it has a side drawer. Probably Westmorland and possibly earlier than the date suggests. 19 1/2 inches wide x 13 1/2 inches deep x 19 inches high.
