Probably from mid Wales, this rare pair of oak joint stools have moulded edge tops and ring turned legs terminating on their original toes. Excellent untouched condition and with lovely colour. A very similar single stool was sold as part of the Manor House, Bramcote Collection by Christies in May 2001 where it fetched £4465. The tops are 18 inches x 11 inches and they are 23 1/2 inches high.
