It has four small drawers and three long drawers all veneered with walnut with cross banding and herring bone inlay in ash and with good thin oak drawer linings. The sides are in well patinated deal and it stands on walnut veneered bracket feet. Although very much a country piece and with restorations, it is a charming and very useful piece of furniture.
